This 16 gauge cartilage earring is made with a 10mm 316L surgical grade stainless steel closure ring, designed to be worn in the right ear. It's heart shaped and features the detailed form of a winged dragon, apparently caught in the act of climbing up the side of the heart. Closure rings are super easy to insert and remove - just give it a light twist, insert it into your piercing and gently bend it closed.
