It's made with a 3/8" gold tone PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell. It has a 5mm top ball end and an 8mm bottom ball end, both set with clear gems. Dangling from the bottom is an open heart with a single clear cubic zirconia gem. The center of the heart is being pierced by an arrow with a feathered end. The head of the arrow is hinged, allowing it to swing freely back and forth with your body's motion. It's further set with two clear cubic zirconia gems.
